This is a series of honest conversations for a fuller, more authentic life. These webinars are designed to break down the old rules of masculinity that no longer serve us.

Our Conversation Calendar

MONTH 1

Man Enough?

 21 January, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

We often live by rules of masculinity we never signed up for. In this session, we identify the silent standards shaping your life – recognising which beliefs hold you back and which ones belong in your future, building a foundation for your true self.

MONTH 2

Holding the Hurt

18 February, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Men are trained to endure pain, not process it. When ignored, this pain transforms into distance or irritability. We will learn to recognise how hurt lives in the body and explore healthy ways to acknowledge it without letting it run the show.

MONTH 3

What I Don’t Say

18 March, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

You cannot selectively numb emotions. What you suppress will eventually find a way out, or show up as fatigue and cynicism. We look at the personal cost of holding it all in and learn how to express your truth – safely, honestly and authentically.

MONTH 4

The Quiet Voice of ‘Not Enough’

15 April, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Success on the outside often hides a critical voice on the inside. We’ll trace where that voice comes from and learn to relate to it differently so you can step away from patterns of comparison, overwork or withdrawal and lead your life with confidence.

MONTH 5

The Strength to Ask

 20 May, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Real strength includes knowing when to lean on others. Together, we will tackle the shame that blocks men from asking for help, care or rest, and arrive at ways to look at vulnerability as an adult capacity. A much-needed session for those looking to build deeper relationships.

MONTH 6

What’s Beneath the Anger

 17 June, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Anger is often a mask for more vulnerable feelings like fear or helplessness. This session helps you decode the signals of anger. We will explore how to spot the real emotions underneath and respond to conflict without shutting down or blowing up.

MONTH 7

The Weight of Shame

 15 July, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Many men struggle with shame about money, sexuality, failure or other factors, without fully realising the extent of how it shapes their lives. In this session, we’ll explore shame and guilt through respectful, non-exposing ways – helping you move towards self-worth without judgement.

MONTH 8

The Father I Inherited

19 August, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Our early male role models leave a lasting blueprint on how we view authority and intimacy, expression and more. Here, we will reflect on what we unconsciously carry from our fathers – the good and the heavy – and choose how to consciously define our own path.

MONTH 9

The Unfinished Conversation

16 September, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

We unpack the factors that shape your relationships with women – be it culture, power, misunderstanding or others. We’ll practice the skills needed to relate maturely, with respect, clarity and responsibility, especially in light of changing social contexts.

MONTH 10

Always On

14 October, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

Explore the tendency to live under constant pressure to perform or provide. Together, we will delve into the true costs of constant vigilance and discover ways to navigate ambition, drive and career without sacrificing your health, peace or self.

MONTH 11

Power I Didn’t Earn

18 November, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

We move past the guilt or blame associated with privilege to have a real conversation about advantage. Learn how you can use the power you have to lead with integrity, accountability and maturity.

MONTH 12

Where I End / Beyond Small Talk

16 December, 2026 | 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM IST

We finish the series by learning how to define clear boundaries to protect your energy and deepen functional friendships into meaningful connections. This reflective session lets you implement your insights to power autonomy, belonging and relational depth.
