What is The Daring Way workshop?
Designed to help participants understand how vulnerability and courage are linked together, the Daring Way Workshop uses Brené Brown’s research and work to help define the relationship between vulnerability, scarcity, shame, and comparison. We also begin to process why we are susceptible to shame when we practice vulnerability and courage.
The workshop will enable us to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding us back. We will identify new choices and practices that move us towards an authentic and wholehearted living.
